Delete Your Account In The App
You can delete your BraapTrax account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:
- Open BraapTrax and go to the Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes the following from our servers:
- Your profile and account information (name, email, username, photo)
- All rides, GPS tracks, and ride statistics
- Photos you uploaded
- Bikes, maintenance records, and upgrade logs
- Waypoints and saved routes
- Comments, likes, mentions, and follower relationships
No data is retained after deletion, with one exception: payment and subscription transaction records are held by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies — BraapTrax does not control or retain those. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel it in Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
Can't Access The App?
If you no longer have access to the app, contact us at braaptrax.com/contact from the email address on your account and we will delete the account for you.
